Moga restaurant is located in the iconic restaurant hub of Rosalie Village, Paddington.  Moga is informal Japanese dining with a robata grill (hot coal grilled meats menu), market fresh sashimi and Japanese tapas style dining know as ‘Izakaya’.

Open for lunch and dinner.  Moga Japanese restaurant also has a second dining area with a funky up market sushi conveyor (separate meals menu). The interior design takes inspiration from the historical eateries seen in Kyoto with their wood paneled walls, timber furniture and warm glow of dimly lit lighting.

Brisbane’s best Sashimi chef; Satoshi Kubota

Head chef, Satoshi Kubota lived and worked as a head chef in the South of Japan for many years before heading up one of Brisbane’s premiere restaurants several years ago.

Satoshi has exemplary skills as a skilled sashimi chef and in the art of Japanese cooking. His dishes are a reflection of traditional Japanese cooking and some dishes pay homage to international ingredients and cooking techniques.
